Our services

Start with what needs attention.

Six service areas. Real photographs from this crew’s work. Pick the problem, or tell us what you are seeing.

The visit

What happens after you call.

Four steps. You know what is being checked, what it costs and what you will receive.

  1. 01

    Tell us what changed

Call or leave a number. A photo and your ZIP code help us plan the right visit.

  2. 02

Agree the quote before we drive

We agree the visit scope and charge. Any repair found on site gets a separate written quote before you approve it.

  3. 03

    Camera before brush

We show you the accessible flue before cleaning. The inspection level and access limits are named.

  4. 04

    Keep the photographs

Before and after photographs go with your invoice. You keep the camera record from the inspection.

Inside and above

Three things we look for.

These photographs show what a homeowner usually cannot see from the floor. The diagnosis comes from the inspection.

Chimney inspection — heavy deposits inside a stone flue

Glazed creosote

Hard deposits can need more than a standard brush. We check the deposit and the liner before choosing the cleaning method.

Damper inspection — throat viewed from the firebox

A damper stuck open

Rust and worn controls can stop the plate moving properly. We check its travel and explain the repair.

From the job record

The same firebox. Before and after.

An opened gas fireplace, photographed before and after cleaning by this crew.

Before
Gas fireplace service — opened firebox before cleaning
After
Gas fireplace service — cleaned burner tray and firebox

The burner tray, side rails and firebox match in the original dated photo pair. This is a gas fireplace service job. No job location is claimed.

A cheap sweep needs a few more questions.

Compare the scope, not the headline. Ask any company what its offer actually includes.

Proof you can keep

You should not have to take our word for it.

You cannot see up the chimney from the couch. That is why the job ends with a record you can open.

Dream Chimneys is starting a new profile from zero. These customer comments belong to the same crew under the previous name.

  1. 01

    A named inspection level

The report tells you what was inspected and where access was limited.

  2. 02

    A quote you approve

The agreed scope stays in writing. Extra work requires a separate approval.

  3. 03

    The record stays with you

Photographs are attached to the invoice. Camera footage comes with the inspection record.

We used them for a chimney inspection and cleaning. Noah contacted us with his expected time of arrival. He was on time, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he looks for in an inspection, showed us a minor crack to monitor. Everything was done professionally and with no resulting mess to our home.

Marci SchumacherLeft under our previous name, Dream Chimney & Air Duct Services, for the same crew.

Had Noah come and inspect and clean chimney. Provided details and explained process and educated on potential hazards. Great job thank you!

Steven KirkLeft under our previous name, Dream Chimney & Air Duct Services, for the same crew.

One company. Every part of the fireplace.

Start with the problem. We will explain the service and the trade responsible for it.

A little homework before the next fire.

Plain answers about inspection, gas fireplaces and the work you may need.

Before you book

Questions we can answer now.

What happens before you sweep?

We look at the accessible system and show you the findings. You get a written scope before cleaning starts.

Do you keep the photographs?

You keep them too. Photographs are attached to the invoice, and any camera record is delivered with the inspection findings.

When should I book?

Book before the first cold front. October through March is the busiest chimney season; dryer vents and gas appliance checks can be arranged outside it.

Is this Air Duct Busters?

Dream Chimneys is the chimney and fireplace business being separated from Air Duct Busters. Dream Franchise LLC is the legal entity behind Dream Chimneys.

Does Dream Chimneys have its own reviews yet?

The new profile starts at zero. Any customer quotation shown here was left for the same crew under the previous name.

October–March · Plan ahead

Have it checked before you need the fire.

The calendar fills when the weather turns. Dryer vents and gas appliance checks can be scheduled outside chimney season.
