- Describe the limited opening needed for access
- Agree the inspection and restoration scope in writing
- Document concealed conditions once exposed
Know the limits before work starts.
A Level 3 can involve removing construction. Access, permits where needed and making the opening good must be agreed before work starts.
We show you the finding, agree the work and attach photographs to the invoice. Any change to the scope comes back to you for approval.

Before you book
Questions we can answer now.
Is Level 3 the normal first visit?
No. It is for a specific concern that cannot be resolved through less invasive access.
What should I send before the visit?
A clear photo of the fireplace or vent, your ZIP code and a short description of the problem. Add the model plate for a gas appliance.
