The company

Dream Chimneys is a d/b/a of Dream Franchise LLC. The trading name is separate from Air Duct Busters. Contact office@dreamchimneys.com for questions about a visit.

Appointments

A form submission is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We agree the visit scope, any visit charge and the available time before travel. Weather, roof access and site conditions can affect scheduling.

Quotes and changes

Work begins after the written scope is accepted. Additional work requires a separate approval. The written quote controls the agreed work; this website does not publish a price list.

Inspection limits

The inspection level and access limits are recorded. A photograph or visual inspection cannot establish the condition of inaccessible construction. Further access may require a separate agreement.

Gas and specialist work

Gas piping and line work are coordinated with a licensed plumber under permit. Propane work also requires the applicable LPG authorization. Protected wildlife, structural work and specialist exhaust systems may require another qualified contractor.

Your job record

Photographs are attached to the invoice. Camera footage is delivered with the relevant inspection record. Keep those records with the property documents.

Emergency situations

The website is not monitored as an emergency service. If you smell gas, leave and contact the utility or emergency services from a safe place. Do not use a fireplace with a suspected blockage or fire damage.

Cancellation terms, warranty terms, the business mailing address and any legally required contractor disclosures remain subject to owner and legal review before launch. No unconfirmed certification or insurance claim is made here.
