Match the liner to the appliance and the flue.
Cracked clay, open joints or an appliance change can call for a different liner. We begin with a camera record and the appliance requirements.

The scope
What we check and document.
- Record the existing liner condition
- Check the appliance and venting requirements
- Measure the route and discuss insulation needs
- Document the installed liner and termination
Know the limits before work starts.
A liner is part of a complete venting system. We do not choose its size from the fireplace opening alone.
We show you the finding, agree the work and attach photographs to the invoice. Any change to the scope comes back to you for approval.
From the crew’s job photographs.

Before you book
Questions we can answer now.
Does an insert always use the old flue as it is?
No. The appliance instructions determine the listed venting or liner system it needs.
What should I send before the visit?
A clear photo of the fireplace or vent, your ZIP code and a short description of the problem. Add the model plate for a gas appliance.
