- Photograph the secured cap and clearances
Know the limits before work starts.
Active bird nests are not a cap installation opportunity. We leave protected birds undisturbed and schedule work when the chimney is legally clear.
We show you the finding, agree the work and attach photographs to the invoice. Any change to the scope comes back to you for approval.

What should I send before the visit?
A clear photo of the fireplace or vent, your ZIP code and a short description of the problem. Add the model plate for a gas appliance.
