The scope
What we check and document.
- Review the stove model and instructions
- Measure clearances and floor protection
- Assess the connector and chimney route
- Coordinate required approvals and inspection
Know the limits before work starts.
Never vent a stove by simply ending a pipe inside an old fireplace. A continuous, compatible venting arrangement is required.
We show you the finding, agree the work and attach photographs to the invoice. Any change to the scope comes back to you for approval.

Before you book
Questions we can answer now.
Can a stove use an existing masonry chimney?
Sometimes. Its condition and the stove requirements determine whether a compatible liner can be installed.
What should I send before the visit?
A clear photo of the fireplace or vent, your ZIP code and a short description of the problem. Add the model plate for a gas appliance.
