Before you book
Questions we can answer now.
Does a weak pilot mean a new valve?
Not necessarily. We test the ignition system and identify the fault before recommending a replacement.
What should I send before the visit?
A clear photo of the fireplace or vent, your ZIP code and a short description of the problem. Add the model plate for a gas appliance.
